Remember that health does not only consist of the physical aspect, but of the mental as well. If you set goals in your life and commit yourself to accomplishing them, no one can deter you. 🙂 Ivy ~
I have read so many books in my life, that it’s honestly quite hard to pick a single favorite one. I have a book that inspired me. I have a book that made me pensive and changed my perspective on certain things. I have a book that I could relate to and was able to connect to the protagonist in a heart beat. However, if I had to pick a single book that I love, then it would have to be Girl in Translation by Jean Kwok. I like the writing style, I love the metamorphosis that the protagonist experiences as a person, and I absolutely love the message that the book has as a whole. It’s a very interesting read. I have read this book more than once, and I value it and love it more each time. It’s such an empowering book. Whenever I read it, I feel a sense of strength and find myself feeling more confident about my goals in life.
I highly recommend it.
